OVERVIEW

X3-322, one of HJ pre-alloyed powder series, mainly used as a basis metal bond for diamond tools. Its main composition is Fe, Cu, B. Product performance of X3-322 is superior to other similar domestic products, it can enhance self-sharpening performance of diamond tools.

Checkout Equipment: Laser particle size analyzer, element analysis instrument, rockwell hardness testing instrument, bending strength testing instrument.

Using Method: Replacement of 30%-50% copper coated iron powder; other ingredients proportion remains the same, process such as sintering temperature needs no adjustment.
