OVERVIEW
Composition: Phosphate, nano-SiO2, coupling agent.
Application:
Applicable to all types of solvent-based anti-rust paints, anticorrosive paints and primer-topcoat coatings; Does not contain harmful heavy metals such as lead or chromium; Can replace the conventional anti-rust paints such as chrome, zinc phosphate and aluminum tripolyphosphate, the cost is significantly lowered and the quality won’t be impacted.
Anti-rust Principle: P2O5 has a stronger chelating force on FO3 ion and various metal ions, forming an excellent passive film on the object and have a strong corrosion inhibition on the corrosion of steel and light metal; Through the powder surface coating treatment, the combination and dispersion of the pigment and resin-based material has been improved, the problem of easy blistering of the current products has been solved.

Recommended Dosage: 20-40%, the specific dosage should be confirmed according to product requirements after the test.
Storage: Keep in ventilated dry place, storage for two years without deterioration.
