1. Oxygen content. The lower, the better. The oxygen of Huijin additives for diamond tools is generally lower than 5000ppm, special requirements can be lower than 3000ppm; Huijin pre-alloyed powder are all below 0.25%(2500ppm).
2. Mesh. In general it is 200-400 mesh, we seldom use higher ones. Huijin pre-alloyed powder is controlled under 300 mesh.
3. Apparent density. The weight of a unit volume of powder, usually expressed as grams per cubic centimeter, determined by a specific method.
4. Flowability. Cold press molding, the performance of the automatic feeding. HJ pre-alloyed powder and HJ additives for diamond tools have perfect flowability.
